Vito Schnabel Gallery to Current ‘Below the Pores and skin’ by Trey Abdella

Trey Abdella will debut with the Vito Schnabel Gallery in New York Metropolis on the ninth of November, opening his newest exhibition Below the Pores and skin.

In Below the Pores and skin, Abdella explores American tradition via an anatomical lens by inspecting anxieties buried beneath the pores and skin. Together with his narratives stuffed with psychological presence, he weaves emotions of sweetness and seduction of nostalgia into his narratives with darkish, disruptive impulses that cost them with psychological presence by exploring the pores and skin and layers of the earth as membranes, boundaries, or mediums of passage between bodily and psychological realms.

The exhibition will run from the ninth of November, 2023, till the thirteenth of January, 2024.
