The issue little one care subsidies cannot remedy: the shrinking supplier pool

A federal program important to serving to low-income households pay for little one care bought a historic increase late final 12 months. 

Congress permitted a $1.9 billion improve for the Little one Care Improvement Block Grant, bringing its funding to $8 billion for 2023. The block grant, generally referred to as CCDBG, is distributed to states, which then assist low-income households pay for little one care.
