Our a number of storm “atmospheric river” continues, in all probability till subsequent Wednesday. I’ve had two PT periods for much plus two pages of homework workouts I do in between. I believe my sore SI joint is coming round. The stretches they’re having me do are much like what I used to be already doing, so I suppose what’s totally different is they’re focusing on ab strengthening loads, particularly the decrease abs. I believe this could be making it simpler to maintain the angle of my pelvis in a greater place, relieving the SI joint. I’ve observed I get busy performing some chores whereas standing, and it’s been a couple of minutes with none ache. Progress!
