I’ve recovered from my SI joint harm sufficient that I can now pedal standing up for longer durations. I hadn’t realized how a lot I’d missed it, it’s a good exercise and stress-free. So I took my Vado upright over to the Coyote Creek path. Close to the paved path, there are quite a lot of off-road sections, used primarily by equestrians and walkers, but in addition nice for off-road biking. The paths are well-packed with few ruts, good for my low technical capability. I spent a pleasing hour over there on a pleasant morning.
